Beachcrest is taking shape. Strong momentum continues on site. The Stage 1 building and retail precinct areas have been cut to level, ahead of footings and slab construction, while retaining wall and drainage works progress across the site. Surveyors and earthworks teams are mobilised, site establishment is complete, and coordination of essential services (stormwater, sewer, water, electrical and NBN) is well underway.
